Allegation/Response for Corporate Law Trial In this case, the defense had strong responses to each of the plaintiff's many allegations. Because of the complexity of the case, the attorney wanted simple posters that the jury could stare at when they got bored. Each poster would need to crystallize some critical part of the defense case. This is one of several allegation/response tables I created from information I distilled from the briefs. Background: Three partners had formed a real estate appraisal corporation, H.E.L. One of the three, Harris, failed to hold up her end of the partnership and created other problems. When the other two responded by dissolving the corporation, Harris sued them. The names are changed here.
