Timeline for Corporate Law Trial In this case, the defense attorney handed me an eight-inch stack of papers and let me distill the essence of his case from them. His case largely hinged on when things happened, so I created three timelines: this one (covering the entire time period in question) and one each for the two most critical years. In each timeline, the plaintiff's actions are shown in the bottom half, and the defendants' and the corporation's actions are shown in the top half. All names have been changed here.
